Stewie Griffin (Family Guy)
Stewie is one of my favourites because is a funny baby that talks. He is fiercely intelligent through his hell bend claim to world domination. I also like how he has mishaps with his technological experiments and creations with a funny twist in the mix. This fits his personality when presented through each story he take part in.
Even though he's smart, I like how they keep his characteristics like a baby through his childhood beliefs of santa clause or how he can't use the grown up toilet and then twisting it through his bizarre and wacky personality.
