Female villians research (2)

•Ursula (Walt Disney's The Little Mermaid, 1989)
This villain adaptation was based on the sea witch character in Hans Christian Anderson's fairy tale story of the same name. What makes this adaption more popular in the film is that she has a major role in the overall plot. This helped her become one of the most popular characters and villains in Disney feature film history in the last 30 years.
Her character is dark, sinister, intimidating and manipulative to reach her goals. She is a master of deception when fooling the other sea creatures and merpeople into fill their desires but in turn it slowly fills her own ideals. Ultimately, all this is to fill her true purpose into gaining power through the trident and ruling the ocean.
What I find interesting about her personality is how she intimidates people with a false appearance of politeness and fills their heads with half truths when she ''helps'' the merpeople fill their intentions and true purposes within the contracts she gets them to sign. This is turn fills her more power intelligence and determination to achieve her desires at a quick progression.
